Soup and Salad                                                                                                                                                $10pp
Choice of soups (choose up to 3 different kinds): loaded potato, tomato, chicken noodle
Salad: (choose up to 2 different types): Wedge, Mixed Green
 
Individually Plated Lunches       (main and 2 sides)                                                                             $15pp
Must have a minimum of 5 of main courses.
Main Course:
            Grilled Chicken Breast
                     6oz chicken breast seasoned with garlic and herbs
            Chicken or Beef Kabob
                     chicken or beef grilled on a stick with onion, sweet peppers, and mushrooms
            Meatloaf Muffin
                       8oz mini meatloaf with ketchup glaze
           Mississippi Pot Roast
                       slow cooked pot roast with carrots, celery and pepperoncini peppers
            Coq Au Vin
                       chicken breast, onion and mushrooms braised in a red wine sauce
            Portabella Steak (V)
                       2 large portabella caps, seasoned and grilled
Sides:
            Rice                                              Fruit salad
            Mashed potatoes                        Sautéed vegetable medley
            Green beans                                Macaroni and cheese
            Side salad                                    Roasted root vegetables

            Sausage and Chicken Gumbo     
                     chicken, sausage and the Cajun trinity of vegetables (onions, celery, bell peppers), stewed in a dark roux sauce. Served with rice.
            Yellow Curry with Chicken
                      chicken, sweet potatoes, squash, onions, bell peppers, and carrots swimming in a slightly spicy curried sauce
            King Ranch Casserole
                     tortillas, onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms all in creamy, slightly spicy sauce 
            Irish Stew
                     beef, potatoes, celery, carrots, and onions stewed in a hearty Guinness stout sauce
            Lemon Roasted Chicken
                     whole chicken roasted with lemon and root vegetables
            Chicken Pot Pie
                      shredded chicken, potatoes and vegetables in a creamy sauce, and topped with our flaky biscuits
            Shepherd’s Pie
                      ground beef, celery, carrots, and onions cooked in a thick gravy and topped by a layer of mashed potatoes
           Ratatouille (V)
                     eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash and sweet peppers in a tomato sauce
